Aerobic Fitness
Aerobic exercise is an important component in fitness. Physical
fitness training includes aerobic exercise to improve the
cardiovascular system and muscular-skeletal strength. Lynn's
low-impact, yet moderate to high intensity aerobic classes are
choreographed for both the beginner and the fit student. Light hand
weights and resistant tubing are used in each class. The Balance
Ball ( Resist- A- Ball, or Swiss Ball ) is incorporated in some classes
to increase the workload and add the component of balance. A
35-40 minute aerobic section is followed by conditioning and
flexibility exercises, including some Pilates and Yoga positions.
